Being a new mom, I decided to take cake decorating courses with the plan to make a somewhat recognizable cake for my sons' birthdays. It turned out I enjoyed it much more than I realized I would. However, when I got home to practice my new skills, everything the teacher taught went right out of my brain. Many months later after cleaning frosting off the walls, my sons head as he sits in the high chair to watch me experiment, and out of my hair; I realized that I could manage with a lot of practice.
After several years of making cakes, (my son is now 15 and my daughter is 12) I love to see how unique I can be with cake decorating. So with that, thank you for checking out my web page, and I hope you enjoy what you see.
